LOCATION

The hostel is very close to the Nyugati, Oktogon and Andrássy Avenue, where you can find the Westend plaza, theaters, museums, the Opera House and a lot of cafés and restaurants.
Margaret Island, Heroes square, City Park and the famous Váci shopping street are nearby also. There is a beautiful botanic garden on the roof of the Westend plaza – one of the biggest shopping center in the area – which also gives you a nice option to rest.

NICE PLACES TO SEE NEARBY

It is worth to visit the Margaret Island, 15 minutes away from the hostel. Here is the largest music fountain in Hungary, which operates every year from 15th April. There are several sports and entertainment programs on the island. The Pálvölgyi dripstone cave in Budapest can be interesting for hikers, it can be reached within 30-40 minutes by public transport. 5 minutes by walk and you can find the beautiful St. Stephen’s Basilica where Saint Stephen’s right arm is preserved as a relic.

DIRECTIONS

The hostel is located on the Pest side, very close to the downtown area. It is easily accessible from the airport, train or bus stations. The Grand Boulevard can be found in 1 minute walking distance. The tram stop (no. 4-6), Nyugati railway station and metro station can be reached with a couple of minutes of walk.
